Tender description

The Servicing, Repairs and Maintenance of Gas Fired Heating Installations in Domestic Properties Lot 1: The London Borough of Hillingdon currently manages and maintains the domestic gas installations of approximately 8,600 gas fired assets in tenanted Council properties The service provides semi comprehensive (3 Star) breakdown and repair cover as well as annual Landlords Gas Safety Inspections, 24 hours a day all year round. The Contractor shall for the period of the Agreement carry out maintenance and remedial works to keep all of the London Borough of Hillingdon’s domestic gas appliances and central heating and hot water system installations in a serviceable condition.
