Targeted Lung Healthcare Checks (TLHC) for Mid and South Essex

Tender description

This is a Contract Award Notice to communicate a contract award made by the Contracting Authority; the Cancer Alliance on behalf of NHS Mid and South Essex Integrated Care Board, (hereinafter referred to as "the Authority") in compliance with their local standing financial instructions (SFIs). The contract award is made by the Authority, to NHS North East London Foundation Trust (NHS NELFT) for the provision of Targeted Lung Healthcare Checks (TLHC) across Mid and South Essex. The contract term is 12 months, commencing 1st April 2023 and expiring on 31st March 2024. This is a non-recurrent contract with a fixed contract value of £520,958.00 The Authority is publishing this Contract Award Notice in the Contracts Finder in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (as amended by The Public Procurement (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020) for spend above £30,000. Additional information: The Service to which this procurement relates fall within Schedule 3 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 as amended by as amended by The Public Procurement (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020, (the "Regulations"). As such, the Contracting Authority does not intend to hold itself bound by any of the Regulations, save those applicable to Schedule 3 Services.
