Please note that this is a soft market test only to engage with the market prior to a full tender process External wall insulation and roofing works: The work is in relation to retrofitting 227 mansard roof type properties around Wythenshawe including the following work: -EWI from ground floor through to mansard- wall junction including stripping lower mansard -Insulation between rafters at sloped ceiling area -loft insulation/ top up -Internal wall insulation at sloped ceiling area/ top of first floor wall -DMev replacement/ installation -Roofing repair works -Other ancillary items are likely to include external repair works Keywords: Retrofit, Roofing, Insulation
