Avista is a large organisation with large number of staff, and is looking to continue to build the capacity of staff at all levels to support the process of transition to community based models, and to enhance their existing traditional and community based service provision. To do this we need to add to our SRV training and consultancy capacity and engage with specialist expert SRV trainers and mentors. To meet such need Avista is establishing a Single Party Framework to partner with a Specialist SRV training and consultancy provider to deliver supports in a number of areas detailed within the published tender documentation.
