Payroll Services for NHS Mid and South Essex Integrated Care Board (ICB)

Tender description

This is a Contract Award Notice to communicate a contract award made by the Contracting Authority; Mid and South Essex Integrated Care Board, (hereinafter referred to as "the Authority") in compliance with their local standing financial instructions (SFIs). The contract award is made to Whittington Health NHS Trust for provision of payroll services for NHS MSE ICB. The contract term is 12 months, commencing 1st April 2023 and expiring on 31st March 2024, with the option to extend for a further 12 months. The contract value for one year is £92,000. The total aggregate contract value, inclusive of any extensions is £184,000.00. The Authority is publishing this Contract Award Notice in the Contracts Finder in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (as amended by The Public Procurement (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020) for spend above £30,000.
