PAN2921 - Childrens Homes Refurbishment Works

Tender description

Leicester City Council invites Tenders for the provision of refurbishment works at four Children's' Homes across Leicester City Councils estate. The refurbishment works are in support of Leicester City Councils Children's Social Care and Community Safety Division with their Residential Care Teams being the end-users. The Residential Care Teams are responsible for the overall management of the homes and also for the care of the resident children. The homes are based across Leicester City in the following wards: Evington, Aylestone, Rushey Mead and Western. Leicester City manages five children's homes that support the complex needs of many children and young people. The overall aim is to continue to improve and develop their existing buildings to further meet the complex and emerging needs of children and young people.
