This contract will provide a range of services to include · Routine Cleaning · Window Cleaning · Washroom services/sanitary/air fresheners · Consumables · Reactive biohazard cleaning · Graffiti removal · Building clearance of waste/furniture · Reactive emergency cleaning/flooding/H&S · Façade and external cleaning The contract/service will provide services to 1. Administration buildings 2. Libraries and the award-winning Idea Stores 3. Children’s Centre’s Youth centres 4. Park buildings 5. Town Hall 6. Registrar offices 7. Event Spaces 8. Community Spaces 9. THH administration spaces 10. Leisure centres This is not a tender or a competition, this exercise is to allow the Council to gather information with respect to the level of interest from the market and also so that the Council can raise awareness of this upcoming project.
