Tender description

The Strategic Flood Risk Assessment is a piece of work used as part of the evidence base for the Local Plan. It is required to apply the Sequential Test for Local Plan option sites for housing and employment and where required to justify the Exceptions Test. A Level 1 is required to apply the Sequential Test. A Level 2 is required where the result of Level 1 means you cannot avoid areas of least flood risk and the Exceptions Test needs to be justified. There may also be a requirement for the consultant to undertake assessments for individual site options if we become aware of these at a later stage. Suggest the pricing should be separated into a Level 1, a Level 2 if required (although likely it will be required) and separate pricing for the individual site options and any other additional extras like supporting at examination.
