London Construction Programme - Major Works Framework - Housing, Education and General Works

LCP (London Construction Programme, a group within Haringey Council) will soon be tendering for three new frameworks to replace the current Major Works MW19 framework, subject to Cabinet approval. The three new frameworks are proposed as follows:- 1. MW24-H will be for Housing including new build (traditional and MMC), planned maintenance, retrofitting and refurbishment. 2. MW24-E will be for Education including new build (traditional and MMC), temporary buildings, planned maintenance, retrofitting and refurbishment. 3. MW24-G will focus on General Works, which includes public buildings, commercial/industrial and Blue Light Services buildings. If you are interested in finding out about our proposals for the new frameworks, their objectives, how we wish to attract SMEs, what social value requirements we have, how the frameworks will be managed and what will be required of bidders to apply to be on them, please get in touch.
