Grounds Maintenance Contract 2024 - 2027 - Eden Housing Association

Tender description

Eden Housing Association is seeking to procure a suitably experienced grounds maintenance contractor to undertake regular maintenance to soft and hard landscaped areas. Ad-hoc additional works may be instructed through the contract. Lot 3: Lowther and surrounding villages Communal areas with in Lowther, Asham and Hackthorpe areas. Some of the areas have been identified for rewilding. The tenderer will need to aid EHA with design and maintenance of selected areas whilst advising on keeping the essence of the village. The village comprises of many grade 2 listed buildings and is a quintessential English village. Lot 4: Schemes This lot is to attend all the schemes including assisted living/ sheltered accommodation. This is an attention to detail required for this lot and EHA expect a consistent quality approach. Lot 5: Heysham Gardens Heysham Gardens is an assisted care home in Carlisle and EHA require the same Specification as all other areas however there will be extra attention to detail required to keep the ground maintenance of the scheme to a high standard. A site visit is recommended. Lot 1: North East Cumbria Communal areas covering North East Cumbria. The majority of areas are within the Penrith area. Work comprises of the maintenance of all tree, amenity planting and grassed areas to communal residential land including moss and weed clearance of hard areas.
