Evaluation of Development Activity Undertaken in Support of the National Adoption Strategy

Tender description

The government is supporting the Regional Adoption Agencies (RAA) Leaders to drive improvements on all areas of adoption. Grant funding is allowing improvements to be made on a number of areas between 2023-25. We are looking for a partner(s) who is/are able to work with the National Adoption Strategy Team to develop the details and deliver an evaluation strategy covering a number of these grant funded projects. This contract will not be divided into lots and will be awarded as a single contract. We welcome bids from consortiums who may find it beneficial to work together to deliver different components of the contract. The initial work covers the matching and early permanence (EP) projects. The scope of the evaluation may extend to other areas in the future. The main intended outcomes for this contract are: 1. Evaluation of Activity Days & Exchange Events 2.Evaluation of the matching and EP grant funded projects. To support the national strategic team capture and share the learning and themes emerging from the new initiatives.
