Electronic Referrals Service (e-RS) 12 months extention

This notice is for an extension to an existing awarded contract. It does not constitute an award for a new contract. NHS England does not have access to the original notice and has recreated/copied this notice to update details with this Variation notice. The scope of the scope of the contract remains the same as on award. We have procured a supplier to deliver our Electronic Referrals Service (e-RS). NHS England (at the time, NHS Digital) sought quotations from suppliers under the terms of Crown Commercial Services framework RM3804 and this contract was awarded to BJSS Ltd. The contract was awarded for an initial period of 21 months 1st July 2019 to 31st March 2021, with an optional extension of 12 months 31st March 2022, at £33,120,000. Variation There have been several non-substantial amendments to the contract, reflecting the agile nature of the services. NHS England have now extended the contract under Regulation 72(1)(b) by 12 months to accommodate an unforeseen delay in NHS England's re-procurement of the services provided under this contract. The current contract value including this variation is £51,281,106 and the Expiry Date has been extended to 30th September 2024.
