Design and Install 3 Sprinkler Systems

Tender description

This Invitation to Tender (ITT) has been issued by Bron Afon Community Housing (Bron Afon) as a single-stage procurement for Design and Install 3 Sprinkler Systems. The original tender was published via sell2Wales on 11th September 2023. However, Bron Afon were unable to appoint a successful Tenderer. Since then, floor plans for each building has been obtained and Bron Afon has adjusted the contract start date and re-published this opportunity to ensure a fair and transparent process has been undertaken. The scope of this tender is to review proposals for the design and installation of three sprinkler systems located in: 1-7 Maybury House, Greenmeadow, Cwmbran, Torfaen, NP44 4SN 1-17 Church Close, New Inn, Pontypool, Torfaen, NP44 0PE 1-23 Riverside Court, Riverside, Pontypool, Torfaen, NP4 6GA Bron Afon is looking to commence this contract in either December 2023 or January 2024. The actual contract start date will be agreed during the pre-contract meeting.
