Tender description

Liverpool City Region Combined Authority are looking to obtain an independent evaluation of LCRCA's active travel programmes. The evaluation will seek to understand the impact of the ATF2 & ATF3 schemes included and assess usage and mode shift, and perceptions of safety as well as road safety outcomes. In addition, quantifying of journey time impact on general traffic will be required for inclusion where appropriate.
