Tender description

Defence Soft FM (DefSFM) Support and advise DIO senior boards on development of the customer solutions within the procurement programmes. Assess emerging Defence requirements and TLB policies, apply industry knowledge to strategic direction and translate into contractual outcomes. Provision of catering, retail and leisure industry-based expertise and market specialisation knowledge in the development and implementation of the new Catering Policy in the new contracts. Undertake evaluation, moderation and the negotiations for specific technical areas of the contract. Support the understanding and evaluation of bidders' retail proposals and provide advice to TLBs to ensure best VfM. Implementing the new MOD catering policy in current contracts To support and advise on delivering the new catering policy implementation plan at Annex B, to include but not limited to: Establishing governance for the programme; Comms & Stakeholder management; Buy-out of retail margin; New Catering Rebalancing Mechanism; New Menu Price Inflation mechanism; Revised Food Benchmarking process.
