The Authority is looking to assess the interest and capability of the market in delivering catering and/or retail concession opportunities at 5 (five) Essex County Council (ECC) Country Parks. ECC would like to invite interested parties to register their interest in this Market Engagement exercise and respond to the questions set out in the Market Engagement Pack, that can be requested by e-mailing: Environment.Procurement@essex.gov.uk. The Market Engagement Pack provides an overview of ECC’s current context and intended future direction which may lead to a potential procurement activity. The results of the market engagement exercise will be used by ECC to help define its requirements including potential contract requirements.
