Tender description

Appointment of the two suppliers to provide maintenance and repairs to the metal infrastructure at the RHWS. LCC are undertaking a compliant procurement process to appoint a contractor to undertake these services. Once this procurement is completed, the Council will halt any use of the two suppliers in this notice. The RHWS service provision is a statutory service, the Council has a legal obligation to ensure this service is delivered safely, therefore, until the new contract is awarded, the service require a contractor to provide these services. No amount of business is guaranteed to be given to the suppliers awarded in this notice, the value advertised is a maximum potential value.
