Passive Fire Safety Framework - Scotland & Northern Ireland

Tender description

The Authority seeks to establish a multi-supplier, multi-Lot Framework for the provision of Passive Fire Safety requirements of its Members and other Public Sector Contracting Bodies within Regions of Scotland and Northern Ireland. The Framework is split into Lot 1 Scotland Lot 2 Northern Ireland Lot 1: Lot 1 - Scotland This lot is to provide all Passive Fire Protection services and remedial works (as may be identified within Fire Risk Assessments or otherwise) and related works/services by suitably qualified contractors, including but not limited to - Fire Door replacement & repairs - Compartmentation works - Fire & Smoke Dampers within Scotland. Additional information: Initial Period 24 Months with Option to Extend by further 2 x 12 Month periods Lot 2: Lot 2 - Northern Ireland This lot is to provide all Passive Fire Protection services and remedial works (as may be identified within Fire Risk Assessments or otherwise) and related works/services by suitably qualified contractors, including but not limited to - Fire Door replacement & repairs - Compartmentation works - Fire & Smoke Dampers within Northern Ireland.
