Clúid Housing hereby invites tenders from experienced housing Developers to submit proposals for developing social residential schemes with planning permission within the proximity of public services and amenities in any of the locations set out in the provisions of this Request for Tenders Lot 260795: Development Agreement and Stage Payments - Social Housing Development in Co. Kerry Clúid Housing are seeking applications from suitably qualified developers, who have sites with full planning permission in the areas specified in the relevant RFT, to develop Turnkey Residential units.
