Service lead Craig Brydon Backup telephony system. Business case ref: FB23-16C approved sep 23- Costs allocated £5k plus monthly, replacement will more than likely cost more waiting to review discussion document produced internally. - PO RX6N400015964 (Windsor Telecom)this now has been ordered and will be live before the end of Nov 2023. This was the cheapest we went out for costs for. Other examples were in excess of £105k. We didn’t invite BT for costs, this is because the existing solution is with BT.
