Tender description

- Ensure capital projects are all effectively commissioned and handed over to our Capital Projects Team for delivery and that performance monitoring is in place - Ensure that an acquisitions programme is effectively commissioned and handed over to our Property Team for delivery and that performance monitoring is in place. - Ensure the handover process for new homes is reviewed and a new process agreed - Ensure the shared ownership sales programme is reviewed and a new strategy, process (including roles and resposnibilities) and monitoring is agreed. - Lead on embedding the new capital operating model within the Strategic Housing Team – clarify roles and responsibilities, lead on culture change, complete the recruitment of the team, identify skills gaps and develop a learning and development programme to address these.
