Bus Éireann requires a multi party framework panel for road passenger and private hire. The framework panel will be in four lots. • Lot 1 Eastern Operational • Lot 2 Southern Operational • Lot 3 Western Operational • Lot 4 Private Hire and Special Events The multi party framework panel will consist of multiple operators to support Bus Éireann. The requirement is for bus operators to form these framework panels for operations of Expressway, Non-Expressway routes, Private Hire and Special Events.
