Tender description
Caerphilly County Borough Council sought to appoint a contractor to carry out the re-surfacing and re-painting of the historic Nelson Handball. The Hand ball court in Nelson is a landmark and also a place where generation after generation have enjoyed playing sport. Suppliers were required to re-surface the site to the relevant industry standards as per the specifications in the Tender Documentation. This notice is to inform the market of a contract award
