The Supplier shall provide the core requirements which shall include but not be limited to: ● Telephone Support Service for Managers ● Online Portal. ● Publicity and Promotion. ● Management Referrals ● Attendance Management Advice ● Attendance Management Reports. ● Case Conferences. ● Ill Health Retirement. ● Pre-Employment medicals ● Surveillance Services, including support with disease / infection outbreak management. ● Pre-employment Fitness for Task and Safety Critical Work Ser-vices: ● Periodic Medicals ● Return to work medicals where applicable ● Baseline Health Surveillance Assessments ● Workplace Assessments and Diagnostics (at request) o Assessments Relating to Workplace Adjustments for Hearing and Sight Impairment. o Support with Dyslexia Workplace Needs Assessments. o Support with Autism Workplace Needs Assessment. o Support with Dyspraxia Workplace Needs Assessment o Support with ADHD Workplace Needs Assessment. o Ergonomic Assessment and Display Screen Equipment (DSE) Assessments. o Workplace Needs Assessment. o Learning Difficulty Diagnosis. ● Education and Awareness Programmes ● Support with private therapy and medical referrals ● Service implementation The total value of the contract will be dependent on the volume of services required throughout its term.
