Tender description

The Department for Culture, Media and Sport (DCMS) along with The National Lottery Community Fund (TNLCF) is commissioning an evaluation of the 'Million Hours Fund' (MHF). This fund is £22m in total, with DCMS committing £11m in funding and TNCLF match funding another £11m. The fund is part of the government's Anti-Social Behaviour Action Plan to provide at least one million extra hours of youth services, to be made available in anti-social behaviour hotspots.
