Somerset Council have recently conducted a review of our recruitment process, assessing quality of processes and experiences for our candidates, hiring managers and recruitment team. Whether it’s applying for a job and monitoring their progress (candidates), reviewing applications (hiring managers) or administering and reporting on the recruitment process from beginning to end (recruitment team), we want to know that the technology we use enhances the efficiency, quality and experience of the recruitment process for all of our stakeholders. Our agreement with our current provider ends in June 2025, and we want to ensure that the ATS we use delivers on the above and represents value for money for Somerset Council. This request for expressions of interest is issued solely for the purpose of conducting market engagement and does not constitute any commitment by the Authority to undertake any procurement exercise in the future. This exercise includes no element of supplier evaluation. No parties will be prejudiced by any response or failure to respond to this by the deadline, there is no commitment of any kind involved on either side.
