Tender description
Brio Leisure are exploring the possibility of outsourcing their café operations and would like to engage with experienced local catering operators to help shape and inform the specification. This exercise will provide an opportunity for Brio to directly engage with potential operators and to discuss current performance and opportunities and to understand the level of innovation and expertise an external operator could provide.
