HSE 22208 Provision of National Estates Information System (NEIS) Services for HSE

Tender description

The Health Service Executive invites tenders from suitably qualified economic operators for the provision of the following services under three (3) lots for the HSE National Estates Information System (NEIS) which comprises IBM TRIRIGA and Oracle Aconex applications under a SaaS model. It is HSE’s intention to award a contract to a Single Service Provider to provide the following services under three (3) lots: LOT 1: Support, Maintenance and Enhancements; LOT 2: Development of additional Tririga functionality and integrations; LOT 3: TRIRIGA Licences. As it is HSE’s intention to award a contract for all Lots to a single service provider, it is a condition of participation in this competition that Tenderers submit a response for each of ALL three (3) Lots for this RFT. The HSE intends to award initial business for a period of 3 years from award of contract with an option to extend for a further 2 x 1 (One) year periods. The successful Tenderer for this initial 3-year period will be required to support the existing system as-is and any developments undertaken within the duration of the contract.
