Tender description
The provision of a software based Enterprise Architecture Tool and associated services. The services will include: (i) implementing an Enterprise Architecture tool meeting DAFM requirements as outlined in this CFT, (ii) providing training and support for the software, (iii) upgrading the software at regular intervals (if required as part of the solution) (iv) providing backup and recovery services to ensure continuity and availability of the software
