CQC Webhosting - Provision of Hosting and Support Service

Tender description

This is a Contract Award Notice. The Care Quality Commission (CQC) require the services for the provision of hosting and support services for: • Provider Portal. • CQC Public site. • Support (10 days per month). • Hosting: Provider Portal (5 instances - 3 x instances - Dev/Test/Live) • CQC Public Directory Platform (5 instances - 3x Dev/Test/Live) • CQC Public Editorial Platform (5 instances - 3x Dev/Test/Live) • CQC Public legacy website • Licences - New Relic • Subscriptions - Fastly • Web application Firewall for Provider Portal • Security patching for Public site & Provider portal. • Increased support for Provider Portal on Drupal 7. This procurement was undertaken through the CCS G Cloud 13 Framework Agreement (RM1557.13), Lot 1: Cloud hosting, following the Direct Award process. The Contract is awarded for a initial period of 24 months with an option to extend for up to 24 months. Total Awarded Value is maximum of all charges including any optional contract extensions.
