Tender description

The Authority is seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced Contractors to enter into a framework agreement for the delivery of its Minor Building Works for Housing type works to assist with the delivery of the responsive repairs plan\r \r The Framework arrangement will consist of an initial duration of 2 years with 2 further options to extend up to 12 months each at the sole discretion of the Authority\r \r The Authority will be acting as Principal Contractor and the successful bidder will be acting as a Sub Contractor and will be rereferred to as the Contractor\r \r It is envisaged that up to 5 Contractors will be appointed to the Framework in each lot \r \r The Authority intends to have 2 lots \r \r Lot 1 is for general building work \r Lot 2 is for general building works including damp proofing works\r \r Contractors are able to apply to be in one or both lots\r Contractors in Lot 2 must be a member of the Property Care Association.\r \r Further information in the form of the Tender documents can be downloaded immediately on registering an interest in this opportunity\r \r Accessing Tender documents\r Interested Suppliers must access the Tender documents for further information and are available to download immediately in the NEPO Portal after registering an interest via the link below \r Unregistered Suppliers will be redirected to a registration page and registration is free \r The link is included in the additional information\r Additional information: Contract Duration The initial contract is for twenty four months with an option to extend for up to a further two x twelve months after which renewals will be undertaken in accordance with the Authority's contract Standing Orders and at the sole discretion of the Authority.
