22084 Further Competition under ESPO 2664_22 Condition survey consultancy services

Tender description

For a Consultancy services to undertake building condition surveys for the Council's property portfolio. Working on a five (5) year cycle with 20% of the building stock being completed each year. The reports are to be of high quality, detailing the conditions of the building's fabric and the mechanical and electric systems, giving clear recommendations and budget costs. These reports are to be submitted within four weeks of attending site, with all properties listed to be completed in each 1 year cycle by end of July each year so CCC can budget accordingly for the following financial year. The contract will run for a period of five (5) years from the date of the commencement of services with no option to extend.
