22055 Mini Competition under the ESPO Parking services Framework 509 -- Lot3 for Cashless Parking Payments services 2022

Tender description

This concessions contract for Cashless Parking Payment's is the right to exploit the services as identified in this suite of documents including the Specification, Appendix 2. Following three successful years of an initial pilot for Cashless Parking Payment, the Council is keen to appoint a maximum of three appropriately qualified organisation to provide a Cashless Parking Payment provision and the necessary infrastructure to take payment and relay information to the parking enforcement operatives. The Council proposes to enter into a call-off contract with up to three (3) providers for an initial period of twenty-four (24) months with the preferred bidder, with an option to extend for a further twenty-four (24) months, possibly in Twelve (12) months intervals, making forty-eight (48) months in total.
