21/107 - Multi Supplier Framework Agreement for Telemetry Outstations and Water Network Data Loggers for Irish Water

Tender description

The scope of this multi supplier Framework Agreement is: (a) the provision of supply, install, and support services to Irish Water for the following product range: • Telemetry Outstations using the WITS Protocol, AND (b) the provision of supply, install, support and data services to Irish Water for the following, product range: • Data Loggers (for Water Supply Networks Monitoring). • Note that wherever WITS is used in this document, it should be taken to mean WITS or equivalent as defined in the PQQ. Lot 7: IW wish to procure mains powered Outstations that will communicate with IW’s National Telemetry System (NTS) via the WITS DNP3 protocol. Equipment and services to be provided include but are not limited to: • Telemetry outstation assemblies, • WITS Field Devices, • Individual components including routers, power supplies, batteries, I/O modules etc. • Software and licenses, • Software configuration tools, • I/O simulation test boxes, • Technical Support • Repair and maintenance, Lot 9: IW wish to procure low powered Outstations that will communicate with IW’s National Telemetry System (NTS) via the WITS DNP3 protocol. Equipment and services to be provided include but are not limited to: • Low powered telemetry outstations, • Low powered WITS Field Devices, • External aerials, • Battery packs, • Cable harnesses, • Software and licenses, • Software configuration tools, • I/O simulation test boxes, • Technical support, • Repair and maintenance, • Training. Lot 12: IW may wish to procure installation services for mains powered telemetry outstations and therefore wish to investigate the existing market for the services available. Services to be provided include installation, commissioning and maintenance of telemetry outstations. Lot 16: IW may wish to procure installation services for low powered telemetry outstations and therefore wish to investigate the existing market for the services available. Services to be provided include installation, commissioning and maintenance of low powered telemetry outstations. Lot 21: IW wishes to procure data logger equipment and associated data services to transition logger and logger data provision to a consistent national system. Equipment and services to be provided include but are not limited to: • Data logger devices, • Ancillaries, • Data logger data as a service, • Web data portal, • Technical support, • Repair and maintenance, • Training for both equipment and services, • Pressure instrumentation Lot 6: 21/107 - Sub Lot 2B – Installation of Water Network Data Loggers IW wish to procure installation services for data loggers and therefore wish to investigate the existing market for the services available. Services to be provided include installation and maintenance of logger equipment.
