Wyre Borough Council (the Council) is inviting quotations on the terms set out in the Invitation to Quote (ITQ) for the supply of a Wyre Borough Housing Needs Assessment 2023. It is anticipated that the contract will commence 11 December 2023 or earlier if possible. Your quotation must be completed in English and must be submitted electronically via The Chest by no later than noon 3rd November 2023. Quotations received after this date and time will not be considered. Any quotation submitted will be deemed to remain open for acceptance or non-acceptance for not less than 90 days from the closing date stipulated above. The Council may accept the quotation at any time within this prescribed period. The Council shall however not be bound to accept the lowest or any quotation and may accept any offer in whole or in part.
