Tender description

Resurface two pitches simultaneously at two different high schools (St Luke’s High School, Barrhead & Eastwood High School, Newton Mearns) within East Renfrewshire Council region Contractor must be able to deliver all pitches including all associated works including but not limited to fencing repairs, floodlighting upgrades and general pitch subbase repairs as required within the 6 week school summer holidays. To be eligible to bid for this contract, the contractor carrying out works must be a current member of SAPCA (Sports & Play Construction Association) and be able to evidence their membership. All electrical works must be carried out in accordance with current 18th edition British Standard and also be a member of either SELECT or NICEIC, and again be able to evidence this membership. The contract will procured under SBCC Design & Build 2016 Edition (DB/Scot).
