Tender description
UCVO is commissioning a contractor to create a Strategic Vision for Lochmaddy by carrying out desktop research and community engagement. Similar to vision work undertaken in Balivanich in 2018 and recently in Lochboisdale, Comhairle nan Eilean Siar has agreed to fund a strategic vision for Lochmaddy. Specifically, the Strategy will: Set out a clear,achievable vision for the development of Lochmaddy, which has the support of the community and key stakeholders and has the potential to impact positively on the whole area; Set out proposals for projects which will address the key strategic challenges and opportunities facing Lochmaddy; Outline a realistic plan for phasing and delivery of the proposals contained within the Strategy
