Digital IT Projects Consultant

Tender description

Mayhill Housing is seeking an experienced IT Consultant to take forward the delivery of strategic projects within the Association's Digital Strategy and Action Plan covering 2023-2026. The Association is seeking to procure an IT Consultant for up to 21 months commencing on Monday 8th January 2024. If IT Consultancy services are required beyond this period the services will be re-tendered. Maryhill Housing Association owns and manages approximately 3,000 tenanted properties and provides factoring services to over 700 owners. It operates in the Maryhill and Ruchill areas of Glasgow. Maryhill Housing employs approximately 100 full / part time staff working flexibly across head office, neighbourhood office and remotely. Mayhill Housing has a Digital Strategy and Action Plan covering 2023-2026. The role will be involved in the delivery of strategic projects to support the Digital Strategy across the organisation. The IT Consultant would be required to work up to 35 hours per week. It is assumed that the IT Consultant would provide services exclusively to Maryhill Housing but may be required to liaise with other Associations in relation to joint projects.
