Any answers provided will be completely confidential and only used for the purpose of this market testing for WSHA. WSHA is undertaking this exercise to assess the current market for the provision of the services outlined to help provide WSHA with market intelligence and data to assist in their future procurement decisions. This is not a formal tender opportunity and there is no guarantee of any tender opportunity arising following this period of soft market testing. The exact future spend on such services will be dependent on scope and contract duration but is likely to be circa 1.5mGBP for repairs works and circa 500kGBP for voids including vat per year. The scope of services included in this value includes: Responsive reactive repairs to cover all trades to homes owned or managed by WSHA Emergency out of hours repairs Void or empty property repairs before the letting of the property to a new tenant delivered to WSHA standard and within prescribed timescales depending on the extent of the works required on a case-by-case basis Specialist works such as preservation works, specialist damp and mould work, metal fabrication works, stonework repairs and replacements and mechanical / electrical works such as door entry system repairs.
