The HSE is seeking a vendor for the provision of a comprehensive an Infectious Disease Outbreak, Case, Incident Management and Surveillance system solution to support the activities of the Health Protection service. This includes the development/delivery of a solution and ongoing managed service (licencing, hosting, change control etc.). This includes the development/delivery of a solution and ongoing managed service (licencing, hosting, change control etc.). The Contracting Authority anticipates that the contract will have an Initial Term of five (5) years, after which up to two (2) five-year extensions (Renewal Terms) may apply at the Contracting Authority’s discretion.
