Tender description

This is a Contract Award Notice. The Care Quality Commission (CQC) require the services of a supplier to take on the improvement of pieces of guidance written for providers (and potentially our own staff). The supplier would be provided with clear structure to work within, namely: • Minimum standards expected in terms of reading age, content length and accessibility • Templates for each type of content setting out how they should be structured • The historic content to be rewritten • Details of the subject matter expert / content owner. This procurement was undertaken through the CCS Digital Outcomes and Specialist 5 Agreement (RM1043.7), Lot 1, following the Further Competition process. The Contract is awarded for a total period of 24 months. Total Awarded Value is maximum of all charges including any optional contract extensions.
