Together Housing - 3 Property Refurb Inc Structural Work - AWARD

Tender description

It is the intention of Together Housing Group to enter into an Agreement with an organisation for the period of 12 months in order complete the works as described herein allowing for any 12 month defects or warrantee period. This contract will be for the supply and fit of all elements as required. These works we would like to be completed as soon as is practicable and before the end of this financial year 2022 / 2023. There are 3No. properties each with their own Bill of Quantities for pricing competition, the winning bidder will be expected to survey inclusive of the rates provided and firm a full and firm price for works to be undertaken and delivered inclusive of all welfare and site management costs to necessitate delivery of the projects. In order to deliver these works the organisation will need to be fully capable and be able to evidence as such their abilities to undertake structural building works and property refurbishments. 18 BR - Underpinning and remedial works to kitchen and dining room 21 BA - Underpinning and remedial works to kitchen 25 RR - Replacement of ground floor slab and kitchen Noting that all information as included in this tender is to be regarded with confidentiality, these three properties are to be scheduled as soon as is practicable and THA reserves the right to approach the winning bidder to quote for additional work using the applicable and agreed competitive rates, to undertake any other structural works within 12 months following Contract signature, as are included within the tendered rates and within scope as attached Bill of Quantities up unto the £213,447 inclusive of VAT as per PPN 10/21 December 2021.
