T0510 Operations Health, Safety and Wellbeing Plan Support

Tender description

1. Proactively engage with the 6 x Operations Safety Working Group workstream leads to update plans, review progress and offer support to ensure deliverables are kept on track, manage require change control submissions, update programme delivery plans (PMO type function). 2. Work with Comms Business Partners to: a. Develop and manage implementation of a robust Communications Plan to support the Operations HS&W Plan b. Monitor rollout of planned communications across Operations regions c. Implement a data collection method to understand baseline awareness and understanding (within one month of the start date) of the Operations HS&W Plan across Operations staff nationally. Complete the same data collection method again 6 to 9 months later. 3. Act as Operations Safety Working Group and Operations Safety Steering Group secretariat: a. Organise monthly meetings, collate agenda items, minute taking, pre-meetings with meeting Chairs as required b. Monthly report updates as required by meeting Chairs/Project Sponsor for each meeting c. Ad hoc support. 4. Lead on and complete a 'task closedown project review' to review the entirety of the Operations HS&W Plan workstreams and deliverables for completion against milestones, identify gaps in delivery (i.e. not implemented in certain teams/regions), alignment to objectives and produce delivery plans collaboratively with workstream leads for remaining activity.
