Legislative servicing and maintenance/repairs to various lifts in D&G Region across 43 properties. - Passenger Lifts - Goods Lifts - Small stairlifts high quality servicing and repairs for the following: - - Passenger Lifts - Goods Lifts - Small stairlifts All engineers working on this contract require to be a suitably trained & competent person. The person carrying out the thorough examination must have such appropriate practical and theoretical knowledge and experience of the lifting equipment to be thoroughly examined which will enable them to detect defects or weaknesses and to assess the importance in relation to the safety and continued use of the lifting equipment. As stated in the Lifting Operations & Lifting Equipment Regulations (1998) LOLER and Provision & Use of Work Equipment Regulations (1988) PUWER This contract is for the purpose of carrying out Repairs and Maintenance of Passenger, Goods Lifts & stairlifts. All Lifts carrying people will be inspected and serviced every six months in line with the LOLER Regulations.
