Tender description

TII has a requirement for a pavement asset management system (PAMS) for use on the national road network. The PAMS will enable enhanced decision-making and management of the pavement network assets using multi-year performance, financial and economic analysis and modelling. PAMS will be used to devise strategic and tactical options for TII’s programme of pavement renewals and maintenance activities. Lot 1: TII has a requirement for a pavement asset management system (PAMS) for use on the national road network.
