Tender description

Homelessness Software for use by Housing Inclusion Service staff. 1. The award would take effect from 1 October 2023 for a period of 2 years, for the sum of £12,995 per annum (CPI uplift in year 2) 2. To approve additional spend of up to £25,000 with MRI Software Limited during the contract period for consultancy and customisation work. This would enable residents to make homelessness applications online, as well as enable future improvements to the assessment and decision process for staff.
