Tender description

This Call Off Contract, under CCS Framework RM1557.13 (G-Cloud 13), is for the provision of support services for cloud hosted micro-service solutions, used by the HMRC Borders & Trade teams. Some of the services in-scope are categorised as Critical National Infrastructure (CNI) services, and therefore 24/7 support is required in relation to these. The Supplier will work with developers to support project teams transitioning new services to live. Activities include (but not limited to): testing, monitoring, deployment & release. The Contract Value is calculated as: Total (potential) max. value - £21M (which comprises of:) - Initial 12 month term max. value - £14M - Potential 6 month extension max. value - £7M
