Many autistic people struggle with organising their time and planning ahead. They may need support and guidance to manage day-to-day activities, such as remembering appointments and tasks. The application is a digital self-management support system that could potentially help autistic people with these challenges in real time. This helps to support independence and prevent anxiety. The aim of this pilot study is to investigate the feasibility and usefulness of the application for supporting autistic people locally in their executive functioning, such as organising their time and planning ahead.
