Tender description

The service would include the following components: A license providing access to the SaaS environment and the associated support service. Pro-active Supplier Calling - to maximise the results from supplier engagement, and provide a pro-active calling service to encourage their completion of the assessment within the agreed time-scales. The creation of a supplier analysis report based on the analysis to provide a holistic view of HMRC supplier responses to enable HMRC to quickly identify areas of potential opportunity or risk within their supply chain and to support wider internal/external reporting requirements.
