Tender description

The Scottish Government and Convention of Scottish Local Authorities (COSLA) (on behalf of Local Government) are inviting responses to a consultation on a Fairer Council Tax System, which seeks views on the Council Tax charges for properties in valuation Bands E to H. The consultation opened on 12 July 2023 and will run for a 10-week period until 20 September 2023. The Scottish Government is seeking to commission an independent contractor to undertake analysis of the responses to the consultation.
